I signed up a year ago but then canceled the membership when I sold my car.&nbsp; I have filled out a form on their website to tell them but am very upset that my original cancelation apparently did not go through.&nbsp; This is why I am chary about AARP and any annual membership. I absolutely hate these 'auto-renewal' things that surprise you.
