    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have experienced daily glitches, for over a year, when using the AARP site on my iPad. &amp;nbsp;I have not had ANY of these issues with any other app/site I use. &amp;nbsp;I have experienced being “kicked out” of the site, when attempting to read articles, or attempting to earn points in the Rewards section. &amp;nbsp;I have cleared my cookies, &amp;amp; that did not fix the problem. &amp;nbsp;I have called for tech help, on numerous occasions, over the past year, to no avail. &amp;nbsp;The staff always tells me they will create a ticket, but the same, “sloppy” page, unstable games kicking me out, or shutting down has continued. &amp;nbsp;The stress it causes me is ridiculous! &amp;nbsp;I just want to have a “normal”, enjoyable experience using AARP online offerings. &amp;nbsp;I am not tech savvy, but the glitches on AARP are not occurring on all other apps I use…. If someone could help me with this aggravating issue, I would appreciate it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
