Greetings,

I will no longer be using the AARP discount with Avis because I have documented where they have changed the amount I prepaid to create the math to not provide the refund I was owed for the difference between what I prepaid and what was owed. This was shocking, but not surprising because they have changed the math previously to not provide what I was owed. This time was so blatant because even while in the phone with there representative she continued to talk in circles about why the math was right even in the face of the evidence. I would advise AARP to review their partnership with Avis and where it not they are actually providing the discount and customer service that AARP members are entitled to.
