AARP app constantly crashes

Has anyone else been having a problem with the AARP app over the past month or so? Nearly every day the app crashes and will not allow me to log in.

It says... "You've come to the right place, but there may be an issue displaying this page. Please try logging out and logging back in. Don't worry, we're here to help. Give us a call at 1-866-566-5394 and we'll take it from there."

Yeah... GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!

So I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app everyday to get around the problem! Using Google pixel 7

@RiverBoatAndrew I'm truly sorry you're experiencing this. Let's dive into this together and get it resolved as quickly as possible. I understand that the AARP Now app is repeatedly crashing and not allowing you to login. Have you had an opportunity to call the number on the error message for assistance? Users cannot log in to the AARP Now app using Passwordless Login. If you have enabled Passwordless Login, please reset your password and do not re-enable Passwordless Login. I don't use password less login and I can't enable private messages... Any other suggestions?

Janelle brand new AARP member! App still crashing on all Apple devices. Unacceptable!

Thank you for your membership, @KatherineR772504. I can see how frustrating this can be. Please log out of the app and back in. If this doesn't solve the issue, please uninstall/reinstall the app. The app is compatible with iPhones running iOS 16.2 or higher. - Diana G.
