I need help how to print recent AARP website exercise article to take to the gym and use as a guide...

Printing shows 27 pages (portrait) and includes advertising, etc.

Same results from AARP bottc and chat advice.

I can copy and paste to a document and then delete all of the advertising, but was wondering if anyone knows a faster method. Some websites have PRINT AS PDF option.
