Email newsletter links don't work

FYI - I've seen at least two other postings on this topic...

I get the "Staying Sharp" email newsletter, and sometimes hold them for a bit before clicking on the article links that I'm interested in. I don't know if that delay is the problem ... but it shouldn't be.

I open the newsletter email, click the link, and get a page at this link: https://click.email.aarp.org/redirect_error.html

that has the message, "We cannot direct you to the requested web page at this time. Please try again."

Even the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the email behaves the same way.

This happens with NEARLY EVERY newsletter I get from AARP. I normally use the Brave browser, but I've tried it with Edge, also.

I am currently trying to access a video in an email with the subject: "The Art of Managing your Emotions," and I guess the email is titled "Emotions Shape our Lives," but I can't even find it by searching the "Staying Sharp" content!

Can someone please fix this problem with email links AND reply with a direct link to the "missing" video?

[6/4/26] @2kents , I DONOT "subscribe" to the "Staying Sharp" newsletter.

Maybe try CALLING the AARP Rewards Customer Service.

I am sure they could "alert" whomever can FIX these links & maybe send you the CORRECT link(s).

They send this info to YOUR EMAIL address.

They are OPEN weekdays 8am to 8pm ET.

I switched from full member (paid) to free member (non paid) and I cannot access any staying sharp articles especially if they have to do with earning points Is this your situation?

No, I’m a paid member and, if I log in without using the newsletter link I can see articles. I just cannot find the article that interested me!

I guess I hoped AARP was monitoring these posts and might jump in. I hate having to call organizations because it inevitably results in sitting on hold.

[6/5/26] @2kents , the AARP Rewards Customer Service has ZERO to do with this AARP Community Board. It is a place for other AARP Employees like AARP Teri to post games & contest information.

The times I have CALLED the AARP Rewards Customer Service, there was NO "hold".

Another "option" - use links IMMEDIATELY to see if they work. IF not, then only AARP Rewards Customer Service can help you.

@WW393731 , ONLY AARP Members have "access" to the "Staying Sharp" material.

ANYONE can "use" this AARP Community Board and SOME of the AARP Rewards Activities.
