    <description>&lt;P&gt;Consumer Cellular takes advantage of elderly customers. My mom had to cancel service because she could no longer afford it and her landline works better for her. Her phone was disconnected immediately but they are still making her pay for service for 3 more weeks and said she will have two more bills to pay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
