[2/9/26] Hey Rocky @Rocky818 , usually I stay out of these discussions but decided to add my 1/2 cent. 😉

(1) Many of us had this "issue" last year 2025.

(2) Some were NEW Reward Participants.

(3) Some were LONG TIME Reward Participants.

*** I was (2). I am NOT a Tech Person, but feel there was a 2025 "glitch" in the AARP system for whatever reason. Yes, it took FOREVER for AARP IT to send me an EMAIL saying my Rewards Account had been fixed. Old and cannot remember, but I seem to remember about 2 months. Lol, it was "fixed" BEFORE they sent email. I kept trying whenever I had time & thought of it.

*** It is also wisdom NOT to p.ss them off by posting over & over about this issue = when they have had enough or get complaints from other members = your posts/threads ALL get deleted & you are BANNED from using this Community Board. Why? One of the "rules" in the AARP Guidelines for THIS COMMUNITY BOARD = NO ranting. I DONOT agree, but IF I want to be "allowed" to use their Community Board, got to stay under their radar. Nothing wrong with posting ASKING for feedback on an ISSUE we have. ALWAYS helps to know IF others have same issue. 👍 But when we are posting everyday "badmouthing" AARP, they call that ranting. 😉

*** What I did in order to keep things COOL with the AARP IT - I would NOT "contact" the AARP Customer Service (called, chatted, sent @AARPConsumerCare a PM [private message] with my name, address, email address so they can find my Rewards Account) until AFTER my 10 biz days had passed. And when I did contact, was VERY CAREFUL with what I said. Hey, no need to p.ss them off. We already know how we humans are. Someone on our last nerve, ignore them. 🤣 My tip, contact EVERY 10 biz days until it is fixed.

*** Okay, that is my 1/2 cent my friend.

Good Luck,

Nicole 🙃

Has anyone ever gotten theirs resolved when they couldn’t redeem their points? I know a few people who haven’t been able to redeem their points for months. They still have not gotten that resolved.
