You’re welcome. I did see it come up before on a thread, and when I found the thread, there was no answer for the person. Sorry. If I find anything further I’ll post it.

Thanks for reaching out. I received an email with directions to solve one of my problems which led to even more confusion. I still can’t figure how to get my username and my euchre avatar on the same page. Today when I was player euchre my partner (that the game gave me) was very rude with his online (real time) comments. Very seldom do I say anything (I can’t type and play cards) finally he left the game (must of had a bad hand) I was coordinated enough to take a screenshot (I know I was surprised too) I’m just wondering if it’s worth reporting or should I just spend the rest of this year figuring out how to give my avatar a name. I’m not even sure that you will get this right to the point question 🤠

I haven’t played this. But if the person was rude, report them. Not sure if others playing are playing through the Arkadium game company that supplies these games, or if it’s only AARP people here playing this particular game

Monday a Moderator should be here and maybe see your post and help on your avatar question.

➡️ Edit to add. —on other gaming platforms either ignoring a game chat or a setting to turn chatting off in the the game has been an option

@AJS66ND and @SereneSeagull . I don't play this, however, I did find a Help thingy about Euchre.

This is what it said about names.

" NOTE: This game functions on a different system to those of other Arkadium games. The player avatar can be changed in the options, but only for this game. The username presented will be a variation of "Guest", and cannot be changed. "

So, I am guessing that players have Guest with #'s and bots have names. If the ones you chat with (not counting rude ones, sorry that happened) have a real name and not Guest/whatever, then there is something else.

That is the best I could come up with.
