      <description>&lt;P&gt;Used an AARP sponsored insurance for my new motorcycle. Just found out that Foremost Insurance charged me for coverage I didn't ask for or need. Total for this scam $500. I'm getting back $114 for unused coverage, but how does AARP protect seniors-they don't. Discussed this with AARP to no avail. BEWARE! AARP is not on your side!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also dropped United Health sponsored by AARP, another scam. PS, they pay their top brass millions to cook up wallet draining schemes-don't fall for it!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up for an auto/homeowners insurance plan with Hartford because of the purported benefits for AARP members. The rate remained the same for 6 months and then went up by $200 per 6 months. No claims made, no tickets received, yet my rate went up to the same level as my previous insurer's. AARP, don't partner with Hartford or be honest with members about what they aren't getting. I'm dropping the Hartford insurance. I'm also not renewing my AARP membership as there are no perks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
