Recommendation: Remove the bottom right popup screen 'AARP Rewards: Why It Matters'

It doesn't serve a purpose. It blocks part of the screen. It's annoying!!!

This is the sort of thing I would quit over. If it is not gone (or a way to remove provided) by the time my subscription renews, I AM DONE.
