Daily & Weekly Instant Win items

Seems that the daily instant win and weekly instant win are stuck from a couple days ago.....anyone else having this issue? Not able to play these....getting come back again message.

I got the Refresh your screen message via "Free Method" for almost an hour, around 12a to 1a CT, and after 1a was able to play and stated Play Again Tomorrow. Maybe we're being blocked during the win time frame.

Strange for me also.
