Earning Rewards Issues

So we as members the past couple days have only been allowed to earn non member points and having these issues is ridiculous and just renewed in July for 3 more years and so not sure how we can be a non member. This stuff needs to be fixed and really need support on weekends for this program that seems to have more issues each and every day. Every time they do a update things get screwed up even worse.

What "update" was done @mathis85 ? 🤔

There has NOT been one for quite awhile.

I "think" you are one of about four MEMBERS so far that STARTED to have this "issue" on Thursday (7/30/26).

The 1st member posted on Friday (7/31/26) AFTER the AARP Rewards Customer Service "closed" at 8pm ET for the weekend.

The OTHERS today (Saturday 8/1/26).

➡️[*** Seems to be something that is ONLY "affecting" a few MEMBERS.

I hope they get your & the others Rewards Accounts "fixed" on Monday when AARP "clocks" back in at 8am ET. 🤞

We use to have 24/7 "help" here on the AARP Community Board. That went away about 2024. 😞

well I chatted with them over 30 minutes and got no where and told it would take up to 10 business days to find a resolution, my wife got the same hassle. so much for a quick fix.

I am having that problem since 7/31/26 on all my videos, quizzes. I tried to chat by they kept leaving because I didn't answer them fast enough, because they wanted me to open a video that open on a different tab and the chat went away

@janinarai , you "may" want to CALL instead of CHATTING as the AARP AI runs the 1st part of the chat session. Then IF you get lucky, it will transfer you to a human.

CALL the AARP "Rewards" Customer Service. They are "different" from the AARP Customer Service. Their number is (866)451-6305. OPEN weekdays 8am ET to 8pm ET.
