No Points for Quizzes or Videos

Is everyone having the same major issues? I tried a few quizzes then tried a few videos and it is not giving any points. I guess they had their maintenance day the other day and it must have failed them?Seems like whenever they do maintenance, things never improve.

Obviously testing changes is too costly for them.

I was NOT able to get points while checking this as well, while using the app with tablet.. Played Scramble Words. No points. Played through a second time just in case… no points.

Thanks for your update as well. This is all good information so that we can continue to inform as many of us as possible. It can be aggravating but to know it is a lot of other people helps. In the past, I have seen "clear your cache", "delete and reinstall your app", etc but it was never any of those issues. I refuse to use the app because it would heat up my cell. I got a new cell and it did the same thing for some reason. I just use the site that comes up when you look it up.

Some of these ongoing and same repetitive issues seem like simple to fix issues to tech support. Many of the ads that pop up, which they have too many, does interfere with many things on the site. I think they keep trying to put as many ads as they possibly can and that creates tech issues.

Looks like they fixed the issue. I was able to earn points for a quiz right now.

I tried some videos and quizzes for points. I am now able to get points. They both work now. I didn't see their message in red earlier that there was an issue.

I just played another game now after reading the messages saying all fine. I AM now able to get my points for the game.

Just 5 minutes ago am having the same problem, was working fine up till then. Am on website. Noticed that all the videos and quizzes are also missing the red Rewards circle too. Hope itgets fixed soon, haven’t maxed out yet!
