I've played Daily Mini Crossword, Codeword, Outspell, and watched two videos this morning, and points were not awarded to my account. Additionally, the CHAT option is not showing a link. Beyond Disgusted with AARP. Total losers!

I am not seeing the rewards badge on anything right now at 12:15pm.

I hope this is temporary.

The rewards system has been down for 2 weeks. Sporadically gives you points. I've been keeping track. so far,they owe me 10550 points. I'm sure they won't honor it. the Chat reps have been getting very stingy. But now, yes, can't even talk to to them. They can't award points while the system is down so I guess they just took it offline due to all the complaints. Super annoying, very disappointing, why do we even bothe? Don't renew your membership.

Yes. currently, not seeing rewards badge either, was working well until 2 hours ago. I was hoping this might be the sign of a reset. Since 9/1, no unusual issues getting points, in fact, for me at least, I felt the earning activities were working very well, I was guessing lower website traffic. Have been able to max out everyday. Wonder if they will fix it before I get to 1 million points.

You are too funny! I was also wondering how many points I will have before this gets fixed. I hope that it does get fixed. I like using my points for the gift cards and magazines. The rewards badges randomly appear and disappear (at least on the videos). They were there this morning and I got points for watching videos. Then they disappeared around 10:30AM CST, so now can't earn points for watching videos. Hopefully they come back before the end of the day, so I can max out my points.

The code just worked for me and the badges are back on the videos and quizzes. They need to load some decent gift cards for points!
