Can we re-visit why since the "upgrade" or whatever earning starts UTC not ET?

I think this has become lost in all our posts; why, since the "upgrade" now 2 weeks ago, are we still not having our AARP experience start at 00:00 ET? It continues to be UT. WHY? Please acknowledge and resolve!

They will not acknowledge, they will not resolve. (And we know they read these forums because they respond when it pleases them to do so.) AARP has a $175 BILLION annual budget and yet the overpaid execs seem to be using their grandkids to do tech support, as far as I can tell.
