      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyoen else having a problem with getting their FITBIT to connect and earn points for walking, etc????&amp;nbsp; I noticed last week I wasn't getting any points for 5000 &amp;amp; 10000 steps.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I've tried everything and it still wont connect.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Is this another system wide issue??&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having trouble getting points from my Fitbit for at least a couple of months. I got help from someone through chat, but we never got it to work. I am able to sync my Fitbit (after struggling to), but I’m not receiving any rewards. I hope that someone is looking into this since it seems to be fairly common. 🤷‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":male_sign:"&gt;♂️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
