    <description>&lt;P&gt;The technical difficulties are occurring more often despite the recent site maintenance.&amp;nbsp; It appears whatever changes were made, more technical errors were created.&amp;nbsp; Besides not being able to earn points on quizzes or videos, I am also getting technical errors when playing the Instant Win games.&amp;nbsp; Points are deducted for playing without actually being able to play.&amp;nbsp; The recent Extra Credit activities have also been problematic this month.&amp;nbsp; Our complaints/feedback seem to be falling on deaf ears.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the dreaded "Sorry, no points due to technical difficulties" message tonight after watching a couple of videos.&amp;nbsp; It appears after the site maintenance, there are still technical issues.&amp;nbsp; Extra Credit Activities for October is coming at midnight, so I am not too optimistic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Janelle,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The technical difficulties that I am experiencing are the same technical errors other members have also complained about this past year.&amp;nbsp; I have written in great detail about the errors on other threads and don't wish to repeat like a broken record. &amp;nbsp; These errors are&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;not&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt; limited to only my account as many other members have also complained about having the &lt;STRONG&gt;same &lt;/STRONG&gt;technical difficulties I am having.&amp;nbsp; It seems each time there is maintenance to the site or changes made, more errors are created.&amp;nbsp; I don't care about the missing points, but would appreciate if AARP tech support can fix the errors.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
