Glitchy Apple Safari Ad Before Able to Watch Videos

This past week, watching videos has been problematic with the glitchy Apple Safari ad that plays before each video. The ad gets stuck and then continues with stuttering for a couple of minutes. Sound is also problematic. It's the same ad for many of the videos. I wouldn't mind watching the ad if it were to play out smoothly. Hope tech support can address.

Hi @AARPConsumerCare There's not much else to share except that this particular Safari browser advertisement gets stuck and plays with a lot of stuttering. It's frustrating that this same ad comes at the beginning of multiple videos. Tech support needs to test on your end to see what members are experiencing. I am alerting that there is a problem and stopped watching the videos.....hope the upcoming maintenance tonight may fix.
