I haven't received points for 10,000 steps last night or 5,000 this morning.Thanks for any help.

@editormem Thanks for letting me know, let's get this fixed. I reviewed your account and I see you received the points for your 5k steps on 10/19. You can confirm this by viewing your transaction history: https://www.aarp.org/rewards/transaction/ However, I don't see the points for the 10k steps on 10/18 so I was able to credit you those missing points. I'm always here to help!

Hi, I am pretty consistently walking over 10,000 steps per day but I only sometimes get the reward for 5,000 and 10,000 points. What can be done?

@MonicaV99458 After reaching a fitness milestone, it may take 2-4 hours for your Rewards points to be added. If you're still having issues syncing, try the troubleshooting steps for your device: https://help.aarp.org/s/article/fitness-tracker-missing-rewards

Let me know what days you are missing the achievements and I can look into your account.

I haven’t received any either. Have called AARP and it still does not record from either tracker.
