Is this a legitimate score on Daily Crossword today?

The daily crossword top score shows v901279l with 2,475 points. Not only does this seem hundreds of points higher than possible, but it ends with a 5, which I think is also not possible.

Is something wrong here?

That has happened on other games I've played in the past. On the one game (now gone) I was highly competitive in (Deja Vu Solitaire because it was not timed), there was a malfunction that must have piled score upon score, ruining it for everyone else. One person on the games forum calculated the perfect score and this was magnitudes over it. Hopefully the fake score will be taken away on the "all time" list.....but it never was on Deja Vu. I never called about it, wasn't sure how to do that with games at the time.
