I looked into your AARP Rewards profile and I see you started receiving those daily fitness points again today, 1/18. Has the issue resolved itself?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you're still&amp;nbsp;having issues with syncing, please double-check that your device has Bluetooth on and open the Fitbit app.&amp;nbsp;If it still didn’t sync, please restart your phone. You can also go to the Fitbit support pages for more help: &lt;A href="https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866.htm" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My fitbit points haven't appeared in my history for several days.&amp;nbsp; I have tried refreshing many times, unpairing it from bluetooth and re-pairing, logging out and back in, and rebooting my fitbit.&amp;nbsp; The points are not showing up.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
