Earn Rewards - New Videos/Quizzes don't give points first day

Noticed that when a new video or quiz shows up on a day, it does not give you points on that first day. On the second day it is there, it will usually work.

Just frustrating to not know what will work and what won't. But first day "earns" do not work...ever...on the first day.

Need a website tester?

I can make sure things work when you post the new builds! Either the developers are not testing even the simplest things, or no one is testing at all.

It just makes things look kind of second-rate or "hokey".

Last year, I informed AARP Teri that the newest videos and quizzes were not awarding the points on the first day. She recommended to wait for her announcement on "New Earn Opportunities" posting before accessing. She normally announces the newest videos and quizzes the day after they are released.

Currently, none of the videos are awarding points this week. The "300 point" badges are missing so no points are awarded. Even the older daily videos are not awarding the points, so there must be still technical issues with the site.
