      <description>&lt;P&gt;It may be they think people will give up. &amp;nbsp;For a professional organization, the response is definitely not that. &amp;nbsp;I’m finding that surprising. &amp;nbsp;I’m hoping they prove me wrong, but so far it’s alarming the way it’s being handled, based on the accounts I see here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
