    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please don’t expect any solution. They are currently doing the same thing to a friend of mine. A friend has been a member for 4 months and can’t redeem their points. They’ve contacted them on bot and phone over a dozen times. They will not resolve the issue. It’s an extremely simple fix. It takes minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can earn points put not redeem them&amp;nbsp; Told by chat that an escalation ticket will be made.&amp;nbsp; I will keep a tally to see how long it takes.&amp;nbsp; Obviously I won't be able to redeem for Feb.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the multiple replies indicating FRAUD was performed by members makes one wonder how the heck can a person who has only been a member for 10 minutes be accused of this?&amp;nbsp; From what I am reading this fraud issue is the scapegoat and any member might be accused of this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
