topic Don't bother with FTD in Benefits & Discounts

I ordered a flower arrangement for a family member to be delivered next week on their birthday. FTD said it wasn't possible for it to be delivered. Apparently a week isn't enough notice, back to square one.

They did offer delivery 3 days later. Apparently they don't understand the whole point of having flowers delivered on a person's birthday. Used to be a good service, now it's worthless.
