Local Restaurant Coupon not working although never used

I would like to use the $15 off purchase of $30 or more.

I attempted to use the Print the coupon button but it received a message saying "Unable to redeem offer. Offer usage limit has been reached." However, I've not used this coupon previously. I cleared my history, cache, etc and attempt again with the same result.

Same experience as you with trying to print coupons for local restaurants for a few years of benefit's existence. Whoever created this "benefit" assumes you don't need to know coupon details to decide if it's of interest to members. Coupon is considered "redeemed" when it's opened without members taking any action. Obviously, the web creators for this "benefit" have no idea how selecting and reading coupons work in order to choose them. Alternately, the restaurants don't really want our patronages so they don't renew their advertising with AARP.

I feel your pain! I always get this message "Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track." I have also tried to contact AARP about this. As of today I am still having the same issues. Today I was faced with a different issue. I brought a 25% off Ground Pat'i printable coupon to the location printed on the coupon and was denied usage. The waitress told me I could not use this coupon so I asked to speak to the manager who told me they donot accept any coupons. So yes I feel your pain
