AARP Travel - Gift card never came

I booked a package (flight and hotel). Traveled over a month ago. Supposed to receive a $ 50 gift card within 7 days. Never received. Spoke to AARP Travel. They said would now take 30 days to receive the card. 32 days later still never received it. Call AARP Travel again. After half hour on the phone I was told that I wasn't eligible for the card (even though my booking and the website says that I am). Supposed to be escalated and I'll hear back. Not holding my breath.

YES SAME THING WITH ME, WHAT THEY SAY ON THE PHONE AFTER COMPLAINING 7 OR 8 DIFFERENT TIMES IS DIFFERENT FROM THE FINE PRINT SAYS ABOUT THE $50 VISA GIFT CARD, BUT IF I GO AND BOOK THE SAME FLIGHT PACKAGE RIGHT NOW THE SAME EXACT WAY IT SAYS $50 VISA GIFT OFFERED WITH NO DATES TO BE BOOKED BY IN THE FINE PRINT, THE LAST PERSON I SPOKE TO SAID THE WEB SITE IS WRONG AND THEY DONT OFFER THAT $50 GIFT CARD OFFER AS I WAS LOOKING RIGHT AT THE AARP TRAVEL POWERED BY EXPIEDA WEBSITE SHOWING THE $50 VISA GIFT CARD OFFER.
