Haven't received a sweepstakes win

Any help from an AARP rep would be appreciated.

On January 13 of this year, I received an e mail informing me I won a 100.00 Apple Gift Card off a sweepstakes entry. The e mail said I would receive it in 8-10 weeks.

It's past 10 weeks now, and I still have not received it, or any other related communication.

Thanks for any help that takes this to a conclusion.

By the way, both my e mail and physical addresses are correct.

I am sorry to hear this. I hope you will update us on what happens. I am interested because my husband was notified on February 12 that he won a $250 Williams Sonoma card. He is approaching the 8 week mark. They said they would send tracking information when it shipped. So far nothing, but they do have time. I will update if we hear anything. Hopefully this is not a trend.
