Does anyone have a fitness tracker synced and are getting points for steps everyday? For me, no luck with Fitbit and it seems trackers might not be working for anyone. If successful, please share your brand/model.

hi. My inspire3 Fitbit was working perfectly until a couple of months ago. Now no matter what nothing works (i reattached, deleted, reloaded etc) to no avail. No points anymore. I had a similar issue with drive safe but that is now resolved

I have a Fitbit and have been unable to get credit for steps since January.

Something on January went seriously wrong with this site and Fitbit connections. And I don’t think anyone from aarp really cares

Just today I discovered my Apple health/ fitness tracker no longer gave me daily points for reaching 5,000 steps. I did not realize I’d been un-synched but I went back through my points history and I have not been earning the daily points. Incredibly disappointed.

I get points every day with my Apple watch linked.

I never succeeded previously getting my Fitbit to work. Maybe a time or two and then never again.
