where is my amazon gift card?

won an amazon gift card on the instant win game on 2/24 and have yet to receive, my husband won a kohl's gift card on 2/16 and he has yet to recieve. i have been a member for 2 years and we have never had any problems receiving gift cards for points or instant wins.ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM ? frustrating
