WAS this issue resolved as I am having the same issue with my account on the rewards page with the same error message and I have tried to log in several times with the correct username and password.

This seems to be happening to multiple members so it’s an error on AARP’s side to correct . This is a recurring problem if I read through posts so it is something IT should be aware of. I’m also kind of tired of the canned responses about clearing cookies , the cache, and using a different browser. This has happened before and only IT can fix it.
