Free Method of Entry for current instant wins not working

The free method of entry for all instant wins was working very, very well until the last few days. Today DSW which expires today, 1-6-25, worked. The rest, Five Guys, JCPenney, Athleta, Jersey Mike's, Chili's and Chipotle, would not bring up the form. We're sorry, an error has occurred message, and refreshing multiple times does not bring up form. I am using Edge; I have cleared all cookies and retried, I tried Firefox, and also DuckDuckGo browser. @AARPConsumerCare can you please look at?

Also today the link is missing for the new CVS instant win. There is text in the official rules list, but it is just text and not a link to the actual CVS rules. Can you have that fixed?

Tried on Edge after clearing cookies, still getting error message; also tried on DuckDuckGo browser, with same result. I only tried a few; I had already spent points to play several.

@susanjski, based on the information we've received from other users, DuckDuckGo is not the best browser to use for AARP Rewards. Edge is my primary browser. When an issue occurs, I try on all other browsers; I just retried on Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari. All giving "We're sorry...An error has occurred.." Refreshing does not work to bring up form. DuckDuckGo is not my primary browser...just tried along with all of the others.

Once again, whoever is updating the official rules page has not done it correctly. The link is missing for the new Lowe's instant win. There is text in the official rules list, but it is just text and not a link to the actual Lowe's rules. Please fix this.

The link to the Marriot Instant Win is missing from the Daily Instant Win rules page at https://www.aarp.org/about-aarp/rewards-terms-and-conditions/instant-win-rules/. It was there yesterday but is gone today. Please fix this.

This problem has returned.

The free entry page for current daily instant win sweepstakes returns the message: "We're sorry, an error has occurred ..."

Please correct this issue.
