Cancelling a cruise and need giftcard number

I am cancelling a cruise that I used two gift cards on. One of the cards was purchased in April 2023 and I was able to find the number and pin from the original email. The other card was purchased in March 2023 and the link is expired. (Yes, I realize that I should have initially written it down and have learned my lesson)-- that being said, am I just out $500 or is there some way to access this?

call the help line @ 1-866-451-6305 & tell the nice lady about the March gift card that has expired. Don’t know why this happens but it is a common occurrence with these gift cards. Once she verifies it she will resend the redemption email.
