    <description>&lt;P&gt;ORDERED EBOOK 12/9; RECEIVED 'INVALID'&amp;nbsp; REDEMPTION CODE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have spoken to at least 4 AARP agents via phone - one promised I would get new code via email - never happened. Opened accnt with Glose but no reply about problem after 3 attempts.&amp;nbsp; Apparently AARP can't 'fix' problem either and said my 16,000 pts can't be returned to my account&amp;nbsp; of 15 years.&amp;nbsp; Anybody else have problem??&amp;nbsp; Would appreciate any advice.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;JJG&lt;/P&gt;</description>
