This has happened to me every morning for the past few months. Sometimes it starts working by 7:30 and always works later in the day but lately always a problem in the morning. Most of the AARP demographic is up early in the morning so if they are updating the system -- they should reschedule to late at night.

It has not been working for me since last night. Was finally able to earn my points but have not been able to enter sweeps or instant wins since midnight.

It’s 6:55 am CST 11/13/22 and the web site is still down 😢😢

Technical difficulties all day today, 11/13/2022 and yesterday evening 11/12/2022. Unable to do the instant wins or sweeps.

Thanks for reporting this! The AARP site has been experiencing periodic issues that will also affect Rewards accounts. We are working to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible.
