    <description>&lt;P&gt;I actually have chicken tacos on a near daily basis. Usually I use chicken from a whole chicken I boiled, but sometimes my neighbor snags a bag of frozen fajita chicken and shares. Add some jalapenos and an egg... great taco fillings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe the jalapenos are the key, with all their nutrients, plus the egg has a surprising amount of nutrients.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
