On March 1st I redeemed points for an Amazon gift card but never received it. Who do I intact about this?

I don't know if this will help but I thought I had not received mine either and I found it ended up in my spam/promotions email folder for some reason ?! Do a full email search of "AARP Rewards" to check.

I hope you are able to receive your reward.

You can call the Customer Service department for AARP Rewards and they can resend email while you are on the phone. 1-866-451-6305.

I have been having this problem since the beginning of January 2022. Each time I redeem a reward I never receive the link to obtain the reward. I had to call in last month and again this week. Never had this problem in the past. How will I know if I win a sweepstakes if I don't receive the email with the link. But once I call the 800 # the link is forwarded to me. AARP staff is very helpful. Good luck
