Carnival Gift Cards Saying members only benefit even though I am a paid member

Hello there,

I am trying to purchase Carnival Gift Cards, but it is saying that it is a members only benefit. I have a paid member ship (12.00 for the year) and am wondering why I am not receiving access to them. Please help me figure this out.

@l999296c Thanks for being a member! I see you joined our family on the same day that you were trying to redeem that offer. There may have been a lag with the system recognizing your membership. Are you still having an issue redeeming the gift cards? Let me know if you're getting any error messages.
