      <description>&lt;P&gt;I love eggs with fresh dill low fat shredded cheddar cheese. I salute garlic and mushrooms first. Then scramble eggs add a smidge low fat milk chopped tomato, onion, and green pepper and the gross chop dill. It holds me for like 6 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This challenge is making me really work! I'm a vegan, I don't eat eggs or dairy, and there aren't many plant sources of Vitamin D (lichen...mm). So, I do take a daily D3 supplement. And I love to sit in the sun!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I di&lt;SPAN&gt;d some research to find options and learned that some mushrooms contain D; other sources are fortified foods like soymilk, tofu, orange juice, cereals. Luckily I had some shi take mushrooms on hand, which I&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;sauteed to add to dinner, along with tofu (fortified with D) and tomatoes, with wild rice and kale.
