Not receiving points for fitbit steps

I haven't received my points for 10,000 steps since Feb 24. I have checked and am connected to the fitbit app in my AARP rewards.

Can you assist?

Thank you , but I didn't see any points added in the transaction history. Should be at least 1500 points.

Also it still isn't corrected as on March 1 and 2nd I only was credited with 150 points for 5000 step when I did 10,000 step also on Feb 24. The added 10000 step bonus isn't working either.

My points still having been posting. Another member CS 6045 responded that they received their points not me.

I am still missing points for 150 points for 4/19 and 300 points for 5000/10,000 points for 4/20

My fitbit recorded over 18,000 steps yesterday (Spring yard work!!) but I've not received any Rewards points. Please assist.

Hi Teri,

I posted previously but no response so trying again. My Fitbit recorded over 18,000 steps on Tuesday, 4/20/21 and AARP never rewarded points. I can send a copy of the Fitbit report if needed for proof. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
