I am very frustrated. Even though we are members of AARP, yesterday and today when we play games, view videos, or complete quizzes - they all show the correct amount of points that will be rewarded as a member, but after completing the activity, we are only awarded points as a non-member. My chat with a representative ended at 7pm about this problem, and when I tried to restart the chat - I got the message saying it was after the available hours. Now it seems I will have to wait until Monday to resolve the issue and have points adjusted from my activities throughout the weekend. It also seems to mean that I will not be able to redeem points this weekend for rewards that are member only. Why did I renew my membership, when I cannot take advantage of member privileges because of glitches in the AARP system? I wish an AARP representative would actually help us resolve this problem. I do not want to be calling every few days to receive the points I should receive automatically as a member. HELP!
