I TRY TO GET TO THE TOWN NORTH YMCA "ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS" PROGRAMS AS REGULARLY AS POSSIBLE. WALK AT THE GALLERIA - GREAT STAIRCASES! HAVE WEIGHT-TRAINING EQUIPMENT AT HOME - SOMETIMES GO TO THE FARMERS BRANCH REC CENTER!
