Re: Tell us: What projects have you taken on? What advice can you share?

I volunteered to call several seniors three times a week to check on them. I've met some very interesting people and I've learned so much from them. I thought I would be blessing them but they have blessed me twice as much!

Being active has always been a part of my day so when our rec. center closed and I could no longer attend my daily exercise classes I knew I had to come up with a way to continue to exercise all muscle groups. I have continued to be able to walk 3 m...
