On my 65 birthday (Wednesday), I joined a fitness club. I did a (baby step) fitness evaluation and signed on with a Master Trainer. Last night I did aqua exercise in the pool. Was so surprised that I am able to walk today. Walk with my dog for around twenty minutes every morning. Changed our eating habits too. We have two dementia moms and starting Meals on Wheels for them today. Bought lots of veggies and fruit bowls. The old fashioned (seeded) watermelon is great and we finished the bowl in two sittings. Life is good. Hopefully I will be a shadow of myself in fourteen months.
