Working at SCS software is great for people of all ages

SCS Software which is the video game company that makes a ton of transportation simulation games, is ever expanding.  When they finished developing the state of Texas, they were a little behind.  And it threw their schedule of estimated completion time of DLCs off some.  I have learned that there are several modeling programs they use in creating the cities, jobs, and the trucks/buses. They added a truck to American Truck Simulator that is is no longer in production.  And I am sure that there may be some members on here that may remember driving the trucks that often came with two sticks to go through the gears and had the windshield wipers that hung from the top.  Now for the interior driver they have in the game, that is one thing that should be fixed. If we had our way, we could select a driver to be the interior driver in the truck no matter if we are sitting behind the wheel or viewing the truck from a camera that may be not too far from the truck.  It could be a few grey-haired fellows that could be sitting behind the wheel of the truck.  What they really also need is a historian so that the player can pick an older truck to drive in the game as well as a much newer truck.

Each state they have are in the form of what is called the DLC.  As of now, they have 13 states in the game and have 35 more to add. There are two that are being developed right now.  The general direction they work is eastbound.  And each segment from the way it looks for each row is that they also work their way north.  There are some of us who knows these US cities more than anyone else.  In their older game 18 Wheels of Steel, there were several states that had their cities that were slapped together highway wise.  So if you want to give them a helping hand so we can get the completion of American Truck Simulator on time, here is their main website and you can send them an email on what you can do:
