@rc8149 - This may be going a bit far afield, but on Joe Butler: If you ever watched a show called "Witchblade" (yes, I used to be a comic afficionado (aka freak)) the star, Yancy Butler: Joe's daughter. (The ghost of Paul Harvey looms. Smiley Wink )

Yeah, I know what you mean. Sometimes I Daydream about the Full Measure that those Nashville Cats did. But, when I heard Rain On the Roof at 6 O'Clock, I realized that I was part of the Younger Generation. Didn't Want To Have To Do It, but, had to put aside music to figure out the Money thing.

@rc8149 - Side note: "Never Goin' Back" (actually sung by Joe Butler) was written by one of my favorite songwriters: John Stewart - member of the Kingston Trio and a prolific artist. Amazing body of work - he also wrote "Daydream Believer" for the Monkees. May he rest in peace.

I just found another one while checking this out.

John Sebastian - (I'll Paint) Rainbows All Over Your Blues

It's great.

Oh yeh, I agree. Are you familiar with "Younger Generation"? Tender, humorous and insightful.

I wish I had a tie-dyed denim jacket like he wore at Woodstock  :-)

His songs were very mellow usually, like "Magical Connection", "How Have You Been" and "She's A Lady". Yes, I miss John Sebastian too, but I have his musical legacy in my collection.
