I don`t see it that way, not only did he save money with Boeing but also on many of the new fighter planes that will be built in the next two years As far as Mar-A Lago ,He is staying free unlike other presidents who didn`t have Homes in their getaway locations. Secret Service cost aren`t that much more whether at the White House or in Florida. This is just another non-issue that the Dems like to whine about.
Airforce One costs $250,000 per flight hour so every trip is hugely expensive.
The Secret Service Agents generally live, with their families, in the DC area so every trip takes them from home.
Boeing gave $1MM to the Trump inaguration committee which got more money than any other inaguration committee and spent less. There is no oversight on who's pockets the overage went to.
Boeing will gain hugely on the Ex-Im bank renewal as reported in WSJ The Street.
Trump nominated top Boeing executive Patrick Shanahan to fill the second-highest civilian post at the Pentagon
Yes, I am sure they will make up whatever they gave away on AF 1.

PC wrote-Saying that he saved Americans money with regard to the Boeing aircraft, does not give Trumpthe right to exploit American taxpayers.
further Trump is not exclusively conducting America's business when he is at Mar-a-Lago.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I don`t see it that way, not only did he save money with Boeing but also on many of the new fighter planes that will be built in the next two years As far as Mar-A Lago ,He is staying free unlike other presidents who didn`t have Homes in their getaway locations. "Free"? Really??????? Have you looked at the numbers ?????? He has spent more in a month than Obama spent in an entire year !!!! If this is a non- issue, then I guess the Obama's vacations were, yet Right posted about it continuously for 8 years.

snoopy48--Trump is a fiscially irresponsible loser.

So Trump will spend 100 million a year in travel around the country.(mostly on government business)-Remember that Trump saved taxpayers 1 billion dollars on the new Air Force One being built by Boeing. If Trump is President for 8 years we will be 200 million ahead thanks to his Art of the Deal mentality. No doubt Obama would have spent at least 500 million dollars on travel and would have paid full price for Air Force One.
Trump has saved exactly $0 dollars on the new Air Force One since there has been no negotiation of a price to build the plane.
Trump should read 'The Art of The Deal' to learn how to negotiate. It would probably save him a substantial amount of money and keep him out of court.
Just think, he could have saved $280,000 on the $32,000 painting contract he signed if he knew how to negotiate.

Perhaps "the donald" views these entitlements as no different from other entitlements. Would this qualify as wealth re-distribution too in the RRR mind? Is there a difference between what "the donald" and his crew does and what a single mother does when she lives in public housing? You think there might just be a difference? That ought to be worth some discussion wthout having to rely on 'manufactured facts' for ammunition.
I mean....once you establish what a person's profession actually is, how much they charge is only haggling over price. That is attributable to G.B. Shaw or Winston Churchill or some other comical character cutting through the BS to what the facts really are.

mandm84--Unfortunately, the American people don't seem to be on Trump's list of priorities.

Maybe Trump wants to leave the White House as the wealthiest person in the Nation and wants his daughter to leave a Billionaire. There's no conflict there - Everybody has priorities Poster's !!!

AP- I think you hit the nail right on the head when you said
"an honest man would" Trump is not, nor has he ever been, an honest man, Mr. Packer!

On top of that - the bleeping crook is having the government pay - at retail rates - for rental of the golf carts he owns.
An honest man who loves and respects his country would only charge for maintenance and operation - at cost - but as we all have known for the last forty plus years - Trump has never been an honest businessman...
