Orioles have gone;
sparrow, kingbird, towhee, finch,
wren clutches: fledged.

Young rabbits, squirrels play
in the field and on the rocks.
They learn: hawks hunt here.

Hill training today
up, down, around, repeat course.
Lung capacity.

She’ll take away breath
via views, speeding downhills and
hard working lungs.

6%, then 7
46 miles of training.
Home before the heat.

And there will be heat;
90s forecast; no t-storms.
Sweat really is magic!

We have a plant with two different colored hibiscus flowers on the same plant? One bud has bloomed and is indeed red; different from the pink/peach flowers that are also on the plant now. We get one of these every year to remind us of trip our trip to Hawaii. When we got the plant it had a lot of buds but no blossoms so we dId not know the colors and there was no tag.

Good morning all,yesterday here in Buffalo and most of WNY was hit with t.storms/very heavy rain as this system came thru the area. In 2 1/2hrs ,we got record breaking 2.29 inches.We've had a  wet spring/summer compared to last yr

As I was walking home from church{my volunteer morning} it was pouring,but I was dry thanks to my LLBean raincoat,can't say the same for my sock/sneakers. As I was crossing a couple side streets,the water was over my ankles.I thought of the movie title'A River Runs Thru It' what it looked like.

Enjoy your weekend Sue

Pete and Repete were
sitting on the fence. Pete fell
off. Who’s left? Repete.

That’s the weather ‘cast.
Same old, same old. Other news:
I’m out of vodka.

Finally we will be having several days without rain, winds, humidity, heat and thunderstorms. Golf league was nice this morning with a breeze and temps in the 70's. Played well the last couple of times out.

Same here! Yesterday I did get some notices, but they came in all out of order.

@PattyDiane

Probably AARP battling Gremlins, again.Noticed the same issue.

@LaDolceVita

No problem, always willing to crack glass towers.

And for FF run all updates, there was a huge security issue in all browsers that run Java on Windows, even on  Mac's.

Yesterday was AL or LA close, humid and hot.

Last night and now 55* and rain, I prefer today. Need a walk, the gopher can dine away.
