Inner beauty, you mean a personality or nurturing beauty from inside (like training body, detox for better health...) ? Smiley Happy

Beauty comes too in accepting aging gracefully. I think it's sad seeing women wreck their faces with botox and fillers. Character lines...smile lines especially, wear them proudly, it makes you who you are. Helen Mirren and Blythe Danner are both gorgeous. Then you have the youngest Jenner girl doing injectables already as a teen. There are a whole bunch of actresses, actors too who have interchangable faces and trout pout. Be an original and don't fear being a senior.

I believe you misunderstand the phrase. Beauty is in the mind of the beholder means beauty is created in the eye of an observer. Someone else decides if you are beautiful or not. They may or may not perceive anything of 'inner beauty'.

We all need some help and quick tips for beauty. But it is real that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  Inner beauty is so much better than external.
